Based on my experience, I can tell you that confidence is acquired by: learning, training, and practicing.

I was also at the beginning and set aside a certain amount from each salary which I used for further training.

I didn't have confidence because I had the basic knowledge gained in college which is huge, but it isn't enough if you want to grow and increase your business year after year.

As my knowledge and experience grew, so did I, and so did my income. It gave me the power to know exactly what I am offering to clients, that new treatments give good results, and that is their value. And every time I improved, I raised the value of the service because I knew that I would give better results to my clients.

My advice for you is: "Improve yourself in the way that you are very sure of who you are, what you offer to your clients, and what is the value of that."

Microneedling is one of the more popular skin care techniques and you can learn it on the Philings course.

Are your clients struggling with acne scars or problematic skin? I understand how challenging it can be for them. So, here are a few tips you can share with your clients and provide effective treatments.

✔✔ First and foremost, it's important to maintain good hygiene practices to prevent further breakouts and scars. Encourage them to clean their face twice daily with a gentle cleaner to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. It's important to avoid harsh scrubs and exfoliants that can irritate the skin and worsen acne.
For good hygiene don't forget the next tips:
-Motivate clients to avoid touching their faces: Explain that hands can transfer bacteria and oil to the face, which can cause breakouts. Advise them to try to avoid touching their face as much as possible.
-Advise clients not to pick at their acne: Picking at acne can cause scarring and make the condition worse. Instead, suggest they let the blemishes heal on their own or do proffesional treatment.
-Sun protection is essential: Support clients to protect their skin from sun damage by wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.

✔✔Classical facial treatment with peeling and comedoextraction is important to be done once per month. It will help to reduce sebum, clean the pores and avoid further infection of the skin.

✔✔Chemical peels are another great option for treating oily/problematic skin. This treatment involves applying a solution to the skin that exfoliates and removes dead skin cells, revealing smoother and brighter skin. It's important for you as a professional to determine which type of chemical peel is best for your client's skin type.

✔✔Microneedling can be an effective treatment option, especially for acne scars because stimulates collagen production and helps to improve the texture and appearance of the skin.
